About Sharice Carter

Chicago native I've found my passion for real estate in 2010. Back then, I had no idea that a real estate investment venture I was beginning with family would lead me to the career of my dreams.

I found my niche! I love everything about real estate!

As a real estate investor, I have developed a keen eye for discovering the potential of a home. I have been involved in every aspect of obtaining, rehabbing and leasing properties, and is now bringing my expertise to both residential buyers and sellers.

My experience as a real estate investor undoubtedly gives me the ability to help my clients find great deals and see the vision for properties. I also have an unwavering commitment to helping my clients find a true home - a community where they can raise their families and connect with others.

Having grown up in the city, I moved to the Western Suburbs a few years ago to provide my daughter with a strong community environment and the best possible schools. My family found all that and more, and now I'm excited to help bring new neighbors to the community I love.

My success has comes from my vibrant, personable attitude and commitment to my clients. Over time I have proven to be a hard-working, dedicated Realtor and with a focus for the Western Suburbs means my clients know they are dealing with a true area expert who is focused on helping them achieve their home buying and selling goals.

I believe wholeheartedly in giving back to my community, and I'm heavily involved at Oak Brook Community Church. I'm constantly looking for new opportunities to get to know and help others, whether at her daughter’s school or at my local chamber of commerce.

I've earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from DeVry University. I'm an active member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and always ready to work with buyers and sellers in the Western Suburbs.
